I use KDE 4.6 and I noticed that there are Plasma widgets which are shown as "running" although I can see them anywhere on any of my activities. How can I remove these?
I rember that Plasma in the days of KDE 4.0 to 4.3 (?) had a window form which one could add and stop running widgets. But with the new "add widget" bar the functionality of removing a plasmoid is gone (or maybe, I'm missing something). Is editing the rc-files the only way to get rid of the widgets which I can't see? |

Check that you don't have any activities where these widgets are active. You can access the activities manager through the Cashew (top right corner)
