Hi, I got two problems with plasma desktop. In fact one, the other issue is more like a simple question about notification integration.

So, first one: With plasma desktop and dolphin, I get ugly icons which are not from my gtk theme. I chose my icons theme from the kde control panel, and when I chose oxygen it shows correctly. But with this icon theme I'm using, only plasma desktop and Dolphin wont show them correctly. How come?

And my question: Is it possible to get file transfert notifications with nautilus as one can get with Dolphin ? The kind of notifications which shows up in the panel ?

Many thanks

Can you take a screenshot of said icons? If icons can't be found in your current theme, the applications will use a fallback icon. Also, the monochrome icons in the system tray are determined by your desktop theme and do not follow your icon theme.

Thanks, it was a fallback icon. You were right. I tweaked my icon theme to fix that. My icon theme is in fact in png format, whereas kde look for svg icons. If you know a way to make KDE look for png's, I'll take it :)

For nautilus, no one knows if it can have the same notifications for file transfer as it is with dolphin? Or is it only for Qt apps ?
