Hello forum,
I just upgraded to openSUSE 11.4, and my digital clock changed to 12-hour mode. I cannot find any way to change it back to 24-hour mode?

I tried the most obvious place, by choosing Digital Clock Settings in the right-click menu, but there was no such setting there.

Next I tried to change the locale settings to Norwegian in "System settings", and have confirmed in the date & time tab that the clock should be displayed as HH:MM:SS, but the digital clock plasmoid didn't change?

Any hints on where to look next.

You can also run "kquitapp plasma-desktop", then "plasma-desktop &".

I've restarted the computer several times since the upgrade.
I've deleted all files in ~/.kde4/
I've re-added the digital clock plasmoid.

Anything else i can try?

Is the same behavior observed under a different user account?
I don't think the clock setting is cached anywhere...
Also, what's your system-wide time configuration?

Ok, I'm an idiot. I didn't restart plasma after changing the system settings.

No everything works smooth :)
