Hi all!
Is there any possibility to change (increase, to be precise) the amount of documents shown in Recent Documents panel of kickoff? Or maybe it is possible to filter files which are there? Regards! Pawel |

Do not believe it possible to change the number of recent items shown,
did not know there was a limit either - what limit are you hitting |

There is a newly posted kio recent which should address your filtering request but is accessible in Dolphin, not Kmenu, and if used with the filtering bar (I'm assuming this as I've not installed it)

Pity On both of my computers I'm using ArchLinux x64 with KDE 4.7.2. On one of them limit is 10 documents, on second - 11. I would like to have there at least 20-25 documents - I'm using krunner with 'Recent Documents' feature enabled. Unfortunately 10-11 positions on that list is to few |

you could start a BrainStorm thread, see if others want this also brainstorm.php#cat83
if you have Strigi enabled you could try the kio timelinehttp://trueg.wordpress.com/2009 ... our-files/ |

Thanks! I think I'll do this. If there is no other solution, we can close this topic. Regards! |

Hi, I'm the author of this little app. http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/ki ... ent=145878
Actually it can also control the entry inside the kickoff (Since they use the same source of the recentdocument). Install it and you can find an extra setting in systemsettings, then feel free to change the setting. |
