Hello, brand new to KDE. I was adjusting power management settings on my desktop (how long before suspend to RAM,etc). Once I saved the settings, I get flashing NUM/CAPS lock (is this called kernel panic?). Restarting computer leads to same. I still can boot into GNOME, and therefor have access to command line. Is there away I can reset to default settings or manually adjust power settings from command line? /usr/share/kde4 ?

Thanks,
Ben

move/delete ~/.kde/share/config/powerdev* will reset to default, you could edit the file(s) by hand it's probably the *profile* one

you shouldn't see a panic, does it work ok in Gnome?
