I would test as a new user and if the new user doesn't experience the issues (indicating possibly a corrupt rc file) then I would reset plasma to defaults and recreate my plasma desktop

Is this a recent upgrade from a earlier version of KDE?

to reset plasma:
Code: Select all
kquitapp plasma-desktop
 sleep 20s
 mkdir -p $HOME/plasma-config/
 mv $(kde4-config --localprefix)/share/config/plasma-desktop* $HOME/plasma-config/
plasma-desktop &

Oh... I change the version of smooth tasks and i solve the last question. but it seems that plasma-desktop still can't remember the size of some plasmoid.
