Where can i find docs on format of plasma-desktoprc and plasma-desktop-appletsrc?

I am especially interested on how to change wallpaper on the first monitor.

plasma-desktop-appletsrc has:

As i understand 53 and 56 are ids of desktops, but they might not exist currently, as this *rc file stores old (non existing now) containments.

I think this section in plasma-desktoprc helps:

But i am not sure...

Is there any documentation on these files, that can confirm my findings?

The format of the Plasma Desktop configuration files is not fixed unfortunately. The only documentation I am aware of will be in the Plasma Desktop source code itself.

The configuration file is not meant to be altered other than by Plasma Desktop. You should look into desktop scripting, using Javascript to make the changes you wish to make.
