Hi, I recently switched my system to another language (Greek) to try something out, then reverted back to my own default language (UK English). Lancelot still insists in displaying menu items in Greek even though everything else on my system is back in English.
I have removed the lancelot folder from my kde4 folder thinking it was a caching thing maybe, I have removed any stats it picked up via the lancelot options, logged out and back in again, reboot, all with no change. What else can I check or do to fix this?

It seems as though this is an issue with the system rather than Lancelot itself. Just tried two other application launchers and they have the same issue.
Any help anyone?

Please run the following command, then logout and back in again. (You might want to check System Settings as well - I suspect all the icons will be in Greek as well... at least until you run this command)

Brilliant that did it. I haven't noticed any icons in Greek, just the menu items in the app launchers.
Reading the man page suggests that perhaps this should of be used after I changed the language back to English again, would this be a bug in that process?

It was possibly a timing issue - as the command should have been executed by the system itself. Sometimes it fails to run - or fails to pick up the change however.
