Muon Discover is a software manager interface for .deb based KDE distros written in QML.
It is in an early stage towards a first 1.0 release.

I really like Muon Discover! It's pretty slick and the information it presents is really well laid-out. One question: How does it select the large featured apps at the top of the main page? I'll be using MD over the next few days and come back with any ideas
