Should this forum be retired in light of the KDE VDG?

This forum seems to have gone dark with only one thread posted in 2015. Is its role supplanted by the new and very active Visual Design forum?

With the addition of several new forums, I personally think it's time for another cleaning of the forum structure. Unfortunately I don't have much free time to organize it nowadays, but hopefully soon!
This forum hadn't crossed my mind though. I'll keep it in mind when I bring up the topic of cleaning with the other green guys.
