Is there a way to create styles for KDE without coding? Is there an engine for KDE like the ones in Windows and Gnome? Because I find it too hard to create themes when you have to code it.

There is a commercial Qt pixmap engine, from BasysKom, but I don't know of any Open Source ones. I've pondered doing one myself, but just don't have the time.
If it's a simple interface, you could use Qt Style Sheets, but I've found you can get a significant performance hit from it if overused.

Qt and KDE lack easy ways to create styles and window decorations, that's for sure. There is an SVG window decoration engine being worked on for KDE 4.3 I think, but I haven't heard of any style engine.

The one from BasysKom looks nice but it's not really what I' looking for. I'm really surprised there isn't one yet because this could boost the available themes for KDE dramatically. I hope that someone starts with it soon because KDE really needs it.
There is deKorator for decorations and it already has been ported to QT4.
