Small Oxygen change

Fri Jun 04, 2010 1:48 pm
I like Oxygen look - it is stylish and not glossy. But in my opinion in default theme minimize, maximize and close buttons are too narrow and it is difficult to point them fast. I've made a mockup which I think is easier to use.

Minimize/maximize buttons are grouped together because of their similar functions. Top left corner symbolize minimize, same for maximize.
What do you think?

Ooh, I think it looks very neat - great job! Maybe you could post it in KDE Brainstorm to give it more exposure?

the hit area of the butons is biguer than their actual size, your design is good but is not 100% oxygen we never used those shapes in oxygen.

Problem: people like to re-arrange buttons. :(
