Seeking for Dolphin context menu plugin writing howto

Hello.
I can't find/understand how to write a plugin for Dolphin context menu.
I need to add a custom entry which must to execute some program with selected filename as argument. Like Ark.
I found only KonqPopupMenuPlugin, but I didn't understand how it works.
Thanks for any help.

Sorry, forgot about that.
I know how to add entry to "Actions"/Service Menus.
I want to add new menu, like Actions!

I mean write plugin. .so to Dolphin.

Your best bet in this case is to look at existing plugins which already do this. Alternately, looking at the interface which is defined by Dolphin/Konqueror should also help. Some are probably shipped with KDE.
