Have you tried reproducing this under a new user, or changing your colour scheme in System Settings?

Have you checked your color settings for Konqueror?
That's the color set that KMyMoney uses for the Home Page. It's the standard KDE HTML color scheme

I did nt find any color settings in konqueror, in kmymoney there is a color setting in the program settings but there is no black in the background color. I tried to switch to 'system colors' (in kmymoney) there is no change

The home page uses KDE's default colors for HTML, including background, active and highlight. There must one of those that's off in your settings.

I found this setting in system settings → applications apperence → colours → colours → Tooltips → Normal background

I use the oxygen colors scheme, and in the tooltips, with the black background the fonts are never black, as we can see in the bottom there is a output simulation of the color scheme.
May be in kmymoney there is not used the font colour for tooltips.

Have you checked KMyMoney settings?
There is an option to uses the system colors, or to set a color scheme of your own.

Yes i checked but i did nt find an option to change this specific background. I can change though the background of other fields (but no the tooltips background)
I dont have the option 'Use system colors' checked (i tried this too)

Here is where the 'black' comes from (in the tooltips section with oxygen default scheme)

Something on that color scheme is not right, because we don't deal with tooltips.
We only enter the text for the tooltip and the rest is handled by the standard KDE components.
