I have a loan that I have set up in KMyMoney (KMM) that is set for $31.35 per month. I like rounding up when I am able to (when I remember) to $35.00. Whenever I enter the payment for the month I round up to $35.00 and it asks for just one payment or permanently. I put just one payment. Then I go into the loan account in KMM and I see the yellow exclamation mark with the "set" amount of $31.35 entered. I manually change this to $35.00 to match my bank account that it's pulled from (which is entered correctly in KMM when I just do enter payment) but the yellow exclamation mark sticks around. Any help appreciated as this has bugged me for some time. Thanks

Do you also adjust the other splits?
If it's a loan, it's probably a transaction with 3 or more splits, and they all have to add up to be ok.

Not sure exactly what you're asking. I have a simple loan that's attached to a single account. I don't know what 3 or more splits means

Does the loan have interest, and/or insurance in addition to the capital payment?
In that case, each transaction affects not only the loan account, but also other categories.

No to each of those. It's a special card at 0% interest for 3 years (thus my payments of $32 to get it paid off before 3 years is up), and no insurance

If you take a look at the online manual you see the button with a 'split' arrow right of the category field. Once you press it, the split transaction editor opens. Check if it contains some information that can solve the problem. Also, if you hover your mouse over the yellow exclamation mark: a tooltip should popup and give you details about the problem.
