I've been running KMyMoney V. 4.6.2 using KDE Devel. Plat. 4.9.2 on a VM, and have had no problems downloading OFX files from various banks and investment houses using the user name and password info I use in Quicken 2010, and importing that info automatically into the KMyMoney ledgers. But, I have had no success whatsoever with Citibank using the Quicken info For Citibank, the access info I use: ORG=ISC; FID=2101; URL=https://www.oasis.cfree.com/fip/genesis/prod/02101.ofx. I've also tried with various other combinations of usernames and passwords, including my Citi-online values, with no success. In all cases, the error message is that no accounts have been found.
I downloaded a trial copy of ACE money and was able to download OFX files successfully from Citibank, went to the Ace log file and tried its URL in KMyMoney: https://www.oasis.cfree.com/2101/.ofxgp. It succeeded in downloading transactions from Citibank, but I got an error message indicating that KMyMoney however couldn't import the resultant file. So, I am stymied. Has anybody succeeded in downloading into KMyMoney OFX transaction data from Citibank? If so, I would appreciate the settings you used to access your accounts. |

I wonder if my recent experiences are related.
This just began happening this week and it's with Vanguard. It had worked up until now, but now all I get is an error message "Receiving Corrupt Data", from all 4 of my Vanguard accounts, I am going to post this as its own thread and I hope you get your Citibank issue resolved. |

Never got a response and never got it resolved and finally gave up trying. I suspect that Citi controls access and will only accept Quicken (the usual rightwing conspiracy).
