Hi

The automatic tax calculation is not working for me.

The transaction amount is $47.37. The category that is automatically assigned to this transaction when its imported has 10% gst applied to the gross amount.

What happens:
category - $71.82
GST - $7.18
sum of splits - 79
unassigned - (31.63)
Transaction Amount - $47.37

Any help would be appreciated. Im on 3.5.10, osx.

I assume, 3.5.10 is your KDE version which lets assume that you have a KMyMoney 1.0.x installed. But that is probably unrelated to your question.

It looks to me, that this is caused by a previously entered transaction. Could that be the case? Or did you import the transaction from an online source? If one of the two applies, then it's a known issue. If not, I am puzzled and we need to continue the search.
