Step by step I'm reconciling all transactions on the account.
The balance is wrong and in any case doesn't change, when I reconciled transactions.

Well, from your picture it is not obvious that the balance displayed is actually wrong...

I guess you need to be a bit more specific about what you would expect to see instead.
