I am new to KMymoney and try to set up a process of importing my bank statements. Platform Windows 7, version 4.6.4. I have file created with accounts and transaction categories set up. My bank format is CSV but I want to do some scripted pre-procesing with payee mapping and category pre-assignment prior to import. I am using an old MT2OFX utility that can generate a QIF. When trying to import it in KMyMoney I am prompted for the date format but at the end no transactions are imported. I tried to export KMyMoney into QIF and impoorted back into an empty account with the same result - prompt for a date format and no transactions imported. Any suggestions?

Does the account name match exactly? Have you tried importing a single operation? If that also fails, could you post it here?
