Hello,
I have repeated failures with one online update source: FT Funds UK . Some of the funds I own are traded in pence rather than pounds and the Financial Times website has started using GBX instead of GBP to indicate that this is the case. This means that the online update for several funds now fails. For example the URL generated by KMyMoney for a given stock is: http://funds.ft.com/uk/Tearsheet/Summary?s=GB0004024799:GBP This fails every time, however if you change the GBP suffix to GBX the URL works. These investments are not listed on Yahoo Finance so in order to get them working I need to set them up with a Trading Currency of British Pence (GBX). Can someone please advise? Thanks Nick

You have the Factor field for that, check the current settings for the online update.
For cents, you have to set it to 0.01. Pence must be similar.

Agreed. However the problem does not appear to be related to the factor, when KMyMoney generates the URL for the online update it adds the suffix "GPB" like this: http://funds.ft.com/uk/Tearsheet/Summary?s=GB0004024799:GBP whereas I need it to pass the suffix "GBX" like this: http://funds.ft.com/uk/Tearsheet/Summary?s=GB0004024799:GBX If you try each link you'll see the first one fails whereas the second works.

You can go to Currencies and create a new currency there.
However, this could be probably in the Online quotes settings. What are your current settings for funds.ft.com?

Ah, now it starts to make sense.
You are right, it is in the Online quotes settings, FT Funds looks like this: URL: http://funds.ft.com/uk/Tearsheet/Summary?s=%1:GBP Symbol: data-display-symbol="(.*): Price: class="text first">([\d,]*\d+\.\d+)</td> Date: As of market close\ (.*)\. Date Format: %m %d %y I've changed the URL to end GBX instead of GBP and all is working again now, thank you.
