Hi,

It has not been done yet since it's not a trivial task with the currently available tools. Most probably the next Windows installer will be created when the current master will be released as a stable version.

Thanks for offering help but as I've said it's a bit complicated, but if you would like you can try compiling on Windows by using emerge.

how does the windows live installer relate to the 4.7.0 release?

I assume 4.7.0 is the newer and more stable build?

You are right, for the moment, the installer for 4.7.0 is never then the live installer (4.7.0 > 4.6.90) so it should be used.
