Just installed version 4.7.1 of KMyMoney on Windows 8.1. So far everything seems to be working except for the ability to organise accounts and categories by drag and drop. I have tried to do this in the Accounts and Categories windows and in the hierarchy section of edit account/category. I like to have quite complicated groupings of accounts, categories, sub-accounts and sub-categories and having to do this 'manually' is not convenient. Is it just a Windows thing?

No, this was a feature that was lost during the port to KDE4 and we haven't found the time yet to implement it again. There is an open issue for it so that we will not forget about it (you can also vote for it) .
