Update: Don't know what I did differently, but 4.7.1 now shows up and loads in my package manager. This is no longer an issue. (Wish I understood Linux better, though)

I have not had any luck (15 April and 16 April 2015) adding the PPA for 4.7.1. Here's what I keep getting when I try to update:
