I like to dig through my data and code my my own reports in python. The KMyMoney xml file is pretty self explanatory but there's one thing I've come across that I don't understand:
In a transaction are splits, and each split has a reconcileflag that is set to either 0 or 1 (I only have cleared and uncleared transactions, I don't use the reconcile feature). Generally if a transaction is uncleared then the reconcileflag on both splits is set to zero, and if it's cleared then the reconcileflag on both splits is set to 1. But I have two transactions that are marked as uncleared in KMyMoney but in the xml file the split that corresponds to my bank account has reconcileflag 1 and the split that corresponds to a expense account has reconcileflag 0. When the reconcileflags of different splits are different is that a bug or does that represent something? |
