Reconciliation report

Mon Mar 14, 2016 6:12 pm
Have been using kmymoney for awhile and really like it. The only thing that I found that I would like to change is the printing of the reconciliation report. Is there a way to change the defaults. It always comes up with the printer and I print to pdf so I have to change that and then it shows where to print and defaults to somewhere in the home folder. I have a separate folder set up for kmymoney and inside of that is a reconciled folder which I would like to make folder.

I have searched the forum and I have followed every file/folder on the computer (that I can find) to change this default and cannot find anyway to do it.

Any help/info is greatly appreciated. This is the only thing that is a problem to me, everything else is great and yes, I know this is a personal quirk :).

There's no way to set that default. Maybe we should save the last used location and set that when opening the file dialog

Thanks for the answer. I changed the items in the print screen, print the report to a pdf, hit Save and then Backup on the menu. Next time opening it reverts back to the original. Oh well, it's still a great program.

Would you know if there is any way that a Kde file could change this, not something within kmymoney? I don't use kde except for this program and kdegames so I'm not that familiar with it.

thanks again,

john
