Hi I am using Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa, Cinnamon, whatever that is. I have it installed on my desk top, but when I go to open it, something flashes for a second on the screen, then... nothing.
So the program does not open. What now? delete and reinstall? Any help is appreciated Brian |

I copy and pasted the desktop icon, into Terminal, and hit enter, I got this : bash: file:///home/brian/Desktop/kde4-kmymoney.desktop: No such file or directory
Something is wrong with the install, I can't imagine what. All I can say is Linux is user unfriendly |

its not supposed to work that way, you need to type the actual command - either kde4-kmymoney or kmymoney (since I don't use Mint I have no idea if they have a kde4 version called kde4-kmymoney)

It will be just 'kmymoney' Anyway, from a previous post from a Mint user here try installing the package kdelibs5-data
