Is there a way to copy a category and its subcategories? I have several different businesses and it would be nice to copy one set of subcategories to be used by other business categories.

One way to solve the task would be to setup an account template. See File/Export/Template to create it, modify it using any editor and File/Import/Template to read that back (even multiple times). Once imported, it can be moved by assigning a different parent account to the complete (sub-)hierarchy.
