Dear All,

I'm having some difficulty with exchange rates in kmymoney 4.6.6. I
have the following situation: My base currency is Euros (EUR), but I
also have to deal quite a bit with Hungarian Forints (HUF), so I have
EUR->HUF and HUF->EUR exchange rates.

Now, the issue is that 1 HUF is just not worth very much (about 300 HUF
for 1 EUR) and so everything is ok when converting EUR->HUF, but
kmymoney turns the reverse (HUF->EUR) into 1/300 ~= .0033 and limited to
four decimal digits. This is a quite a problem for me as the error of
the conversion is up to +/- 1.5 EUR for every 100EUR. Is it possible to
increase the accuracy of the exchange rate, or preferably get kmymoney
to divide by the EUR->HUF rate when going from HUF->EUR ?

I would also like to point out that neither the ECB of the MNB (H.
national bank) registers the HUF/EUR exchange rate as ~0.0033..

Regards,
Dieter

Could you try Settings-> Configure KMyMoney and then under the General tab, increase the precision settings to 5 or 6 digits?
