One of the settings for kMyMoney (and KDE) (if not already included) should allow the ability to select a large colorized cursor for those who are visually impaired. The default cursor tends to "disappears" into the background which makes it difficult to see.

PS: I am using Ubuntu 16.04. So if there is a KDE setting that would allow the cursor to be changed, I do not know how to access the KDE settings from Ubuntu.

Seems that I was a bit premature. I used the Ubuntu Tweak Tool to set my cursor to a new configuration, but it did not affect kMyMoney until I rebooted. Now I have a more visible cursor in kMyMoney.
