Unable to import qif on some accounts after upgrade to 4.8

Hi
I used to be able to import qif files on all my accounts where i was unable to download ofx files. Now after upgrading to 4.8 Only a couple of accounts show in the drop down menu to select the correct account, any idea why?
I have been through the individual account settings but cannot fine any difference between them

What type of account do you try to import?
