I have two Cash accounts that were created from the same imported Quicken QIF file, but somehow ended up with some different transactions. I’ve corrected the missing transactions by moving them from the Old-Cash account to the Good-Cash account. BUT now I can't delete the Old-Cash account because all the remaining transactions link to a Savings account that was previously closed in Quicken over five years ago, and was never imported from Quicken into KMM. I can't delete duplicate transactions in the Good-Cash account (apparently because they also link to the closed account). All remaining transactions in the Old-Cash account are also appearing as duplicates in the Good-Cash account. How can I delete the transactions so I can delete the unwanted Old-Cash account?

Thank you! :)

Remember, those transactions each have two splits - one for each end, that is one for removing the money from one account and the other for putting the money into the other account. If either of those accounts is closed, you cannot delete the transaction. You have to reopen the account, then you can delete. Then you can close the account again.

But you can only close it again if the balance is zero.
