unable to open a crypted data file

Tue Dec 12, 2017 10:57 am
I have always used a password protected data file. At opening I am asked to enter pw and then I can work on my data file.
Suddenly has happened that no pw has been requested, but a warning windows saying that an error has been encountered while decrypting the file. And the opening failed.
I suspect that this failure was due to the lack of password request, but I have no idea on how to force the pw request.
Anyone had the same problem ? Thanks
