Import CSV issue

Every single time when i import the CSV file it needs me to setup a new account

It doesnt allow me to choose any existing account

How can i fix this issue?


Kmymoney version that i use is 4.8.0 and its window base.

Should i install the 5.0.0? and is that any instruction guide me to install this latest version in my computer?

The windows version of 5.0 hasn't been released yet. There are some updates to the CSV process in this release. I'm not sure if it will fix your problem when it becomes available but I would update to 5.0 when it does. Until then you can update to 4.8.1.1 and it's available here https://download.kde.org/stable/kmymoney/4.8.1.1/

The new version does help me to fix this issue

However, there is a new small issue,
After I installed the new version, and run the Kmymoney It can only allow me to import the CSV file once only

If i need to import another CSV file, i need to close the program and restart it again, then i would be able to import the new data

Hopefully, this issue can be fixed in the new version for windows
