Windows is not my home turf, so please excuse my ignorance.

The ...cl.exe is directly executable (installer). The ...cl.7z seems to be the 7zip-ped version of the ...cl.exe. ...cl-dbg.7z contains a debug version of the program (contains information if it comes to crashes). The files ending in .sha256 contain the checksums of the respective files.

Hope that gives you a bit of background information.

The only file what is needed for install is the installer exe. So there is no need to download any other file for normal use.

AFAIK, the nightly builds don't have any internationalization by design.

Thanks IPWIZARD, i agree with you, the nightly builds don't have any internationalization, but is there a way to add languages in the builds or is it possible to compile a internationalized stable version to download once or twice a year ? the last one is kmymoney5-mingw64-5.0.6-8.1-setup.exe from 29/09/2019 and does not work for auto-updating stocks, the last stable nightly kmymoney-5.1-849-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe works fine.
