I have KMyMoney Version 4.8.0 installed in xubuntu 16.04.4 LTS

I have two funds I would like to enter into KMM but cannot find the correct source for the prices. Similarily for currency.

Edit:
Failed to retrieve a quote for 0677857 from Google
Failed to retrieve an exchange rate for CNY > GBP from Yahoo Currency. It will be skipped this time.
Failed to retrieve a quote for GB0031289217:GOOG from Google.
Failed to retrieve an exchange rate for GBP > CNY from Yahoo Currency. It will be skipped this time.

Try using Yahoo...once you verify the settings are correct

From the menu bar, select Tools > Configure KMyMoney...
Select "Online Quotes" on the left column
Select "Yahoo" in the list on the right
Enter the following details:
Code: Select all
URL:  https://query1.finance.yahoo.com/v7/finance/quote?fields=regularMarketPrice&symbols=%1
Symbol:  %1
Price:  "regularMarketPrice":((\d+|\d{1,3}(?:[,]\d{3})).\d+)
Date:  "regularMarketTime":([\d]+)
Date Format:  <leave blank>
Skip HTML stripping:  <checked>

Click [Update] button

Be sure to update the settings for each investment to use Yahoo. Now would be a good time to make sure you have entered the correct symbol and stock exchange.

By the way: this will only fix the stock quotes. I too have problems with the currency update and am working to resolve that.
