I guess I found a workaround: close KMyMoney and open your ~/.config/kmymoney/csvimporterrc file and look for a line in the resp group representing your profile that contains

TrailerLines=1

Replace it with

TrailerLines=0

and save it. That should do the trick. I have no idea how that is supposed to work. I am not the author of that part of the code and he is unfortunately no longer with us.
