KMyMoney 4.8.2 - unable to open app

KMyMoney 4.8.0 on Windows 32bit has been long-term stable - Thank you.

However KMyMoney 4.8.2, begins to open but never fully opens and thus unusable. I have tried numerous installs and re-installs to no avail. Could be a KDE issue but I would not know.

Anyone else having issues running KMyMoney 4.8.2 on Windows?

Any advice is appreciated.
