Hi
Just downloaded version 4.8.3 on windows 10. When using import ofx, the dialog box that opens to choose the file to import displays the wrong file date and time. It is 6hrs different from the actual time. I've opened KDE languages but don't see a timezone setting.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?

FYI Version 4.8 works as expected.
