Using windows 10 pro build 1809.
Can't get KF5 to remember last window position.

After a reinstall of Windows 10, KF5 build 5.0.6 still does not remember the last window position. After being re-positioned to the middle of the screen and closing, KF5 continues to open in the bottom right of the screen clipping a portion of the welcome window. The only thing that works is installing a third party app that re-positions KF5.

Is no one else having this problem?
