How to create a Transaction by Category report for CSV export in in a simple table format for further analyses in Excel/ Access?

I only find the Transaction by Category report format like:

Report: Transactions by Tag (Export for Analyses)
01.01.2016 bis 31.12.2019
Alle Währungen in Euro konvertiert.
Datum_________Zahlungsempfänger _Stichwörter______Kategorie
