I have come to KMyMoney (Windows Version) as an alternative to MSMoney (My copy is now running extremely slowly - in spite of archiving data).

A couple of questions if I may;

1) How does one adjust the column widths in the ledger - the ones for money values are too small, figures are disappearing at either end (no I'm not that rich ) I am using the KMyMoney template.

2) If Credit Card accounts are linked to a Checking Account, why isn't there an automatic link between the two as the Credit Card is used?

I try to provide a few answers:

1) Which version (See Help/About KMyMoney) of KMyMoney are you using? Depending on it, the column width has a few problems.

2) The only link I can think of between the CC and a checkings account is the scheduled transaction for a monthly (or some other period) payment. How do you envision should this automatic link work? Credit cards may not work alike in different locales.
