I've uninstalled KMM 5.0.8 #720, then deleted the kmymoney directory, then installed KMM 5.0.8 #723. The symptoms are the same as previously with KMM error message: "GPG is not available for decryption of file C:/users/renru/Documents/encrypted.kmy C:\_\be855f17\kmymoney\kmymoney\plugins\xml\xmlstorage.cpp:141".

Your code revisions seem to have confirmed (Console log) what was suspected, that there's little evidence of the GPG program files being included in the build.

When I've searched the whole kmm directory I've only found 8 secondary files that contain the letters 'gpg' and no .exe file.

Please let me know whether I can run any tests to try to help, although I suspect it's something to do with the program build.
