can not connect to bank

Sat Feb 01, 2020 5:42 am
Trying to connect to my bank I get the following error message

Could not connect to host ofx.(mybankssname).com: SSL negotiation failed.

Closing that window I find another error message

No suitable accounts were found at this bank.

How can I fix this?

thanks

I found another error message on the windows version.

The QGpgME library failed to initialize for the OpenPGP protocol. Please check your system's configuration then try again.

The OpenGPG protocol is unrelated to your OFX SSL problem. The first thing we need to know figuring out what is going on, is the complete hostname of your bank. A bit more information about your environment (Linux distro, version) would also be helpful. There are a plethora of reasons why this fails for you, so we need to investigate the details to exclude one or the other.
