Could someone help with the I can't connect to bank have been looking but no luck as yet. Using KMyMoney 5.0 on mint 19

What are the parameters you use to access the bank? URL? Protocol?

Thanks for your response but I think I may have it working .Got to wait and see if I can get next months activity from the bank already have it for February.
