As I understand your question, you wish to add a new line to the memo field. Yes, place the cursor at the end of the current line, press and hold the shift key then press enter.

Now it only remains to see more lines in the memo field when using the ledger lens.
Although it may be because the resolution of my notebook is 1366x768.

In the ledger, multiple lines of a memo are concatenated into a single line while separated with a comma. Only when a transaction is edited - either in the form or the inline editor - they will be presented underneath each other.
