Hello,
For a few days, the nightly image build has been failing (stable build is OK). Steven |

I'm sure the developers are aware of this. It is likely related indirectly to the upcoming release of version 5.1. The stable appimage is still being built from the 5.0 branch, which has been frozen. Once 5.1 is actually released (in the next days, probably) the stable appimage will be built from the 5.1 branch. However, once the 5.1 branch was created, a lot of new code was introduced to master branch, and while it all may have built fine on various developers' machines, getting it to build on Jenkins can take several iterations, because the actual build environment there is different enough to cause such problems.

Yes, that is because the AppImage creation requires a rather old environment and the compiler of it choked on a newer construct. Fixed in the meantime.
