Hey guys,

I am trying to report only the sums of all transactions by payee. Like displayed in the payees tab for each one.
I then create a report "transactions by payee" (default) listing me every transaction and the sums.
By checking the "hide transactions" the list of sums is correctly displayed.

Unless on of the transaction is a split transaction. By hiding, splits get completely ignored in the sum, normal transactions are not.
Is there a reason for this behavior or am i using the wrong report?

It looks like this is a bug in the reporting system that needs to be fixed by the development team.

Can you try the latest AppImage if your problem has been solved? I made a change yesterday to fix a problem I ran into which sounds similar to yours.

today i checked "kmymoney-5.1-731-windows-msvc2019_64-cl.exe" for the problem.
The problem seems to be fixed.
