Hey,

Long time user on Ubuntu. Installed on Windows 10 tonight; all working well. Except... I seem to have no means of updating the (quite fundamental!) currency format. It's annoyingly stuck on "<numeric value> £". Ideally I'd use "£ <numeric value" and "(£ <numeric value>)" for negatives.

I've changed this in the Windows Control Panel under Region -> Additional Settings -> Currency (closed and restarted KMM in between) with no success. KMM *is* respecting the system date format (I changed that to check), but seems to be completely ignoring the currency settings.

KMM 5.0.6

Bug? Am I missing something?

Cheers,

If nothing else, I WAS able to change the currency display format using Windows Region settings, and then restarting KMM. I'm on Win10 (in a VirtualBox VM) with KMM Version 5.1.0-3a769f67c which I just downloaded from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/KMyM ... ase_win64/ although I don't remember any recent changes in this area.
I had thought there was a KMM menu item to invoke the KDE systemsettings, but I can't find it, so I'm wondering if I only imagined it. One thing you might try, just for testing, is to see if you can control the format when setting up a new KMM data file.

I think, the KMyMoney menu item ostoffjh refers to had been removed with commit 49b6fa4760c60f2db5e6 almost two years ago.
