As you can see from the build pipeline, it fails while setting up dependencies. Taking a deeper look at the log file, one can find

This issue was addressed/discussed on invent.kde.org. Please see yourself. Seems we just need to wait for the next Frameworks release to get this fixed. Sorry for not having a more positive answer for you at this point.
