The KMyMoney (uk) (pdf) document in fact shows version 4.7 (of the documentation) and contains the following hint on page 13

У цьому пiдручнику описано KMyMoney версiї 5.0.

which translates to

This tutorial describes KMyMoney version 5.0.

With respect to the language, UK is the ISO 639-1 code for Ukraine and so your assumption of Russian as the language is close and is in fact the correct language.


I have not verified the Brazilian Portuguese variant but have checked that it contains the most recent version provided by the Brazilian translation team. Maybe, a newer version exists but has not been re-generated and uploaded by the team lately.
